2003 Polaris Trailblazer 250
2003 Polaris Trailblazer 250 (Sold)

This quad was purchased for Top Quad Series 3, which was a "midsized" shootout organized by the legendary Michael Sabo.
I was tasked with sourcing a Polaris Trailblazer 250 and settled on this 2003 model. The Top Quad team decided to go with a "food theme" for the ATV graphics/names. My trailblazer was dubbed the "Cool Ranch." Mike's Yamaha Blaster was called "The Original Crispy Chicken Sandwich." His Kawasaki Lakota 300 was named "The Blueberry Milkshake." And Tyrese's Honda 300EX was named "The Meatball."
We pitted the machines against each other in a series of challenges and drew the keys out of a hat for each event. The Cool Ranch was the largest machine out of the bunch and was unanimously agreed upon to be the most comfortable. Granted we're all adults but this quad definitely could be ridden all day and was quite the Cadillac on the trail. However the CVT transmission held it back in many ways and it was rather sluggish off the line compared to the rest of the machines. It may not have won but it held it's own with the laughs and fun factor. To be honest, it's a bit of a bummer that I sold this quad but it was collecting dust in the garage. It was sold to a super fan (Daniel) who owned it for quite awhile. In 2025 he sold the quad to it's current owner and I'm not sure where it resides now.
Top Quad Series 3 was a ton of work but even more fun. Feel free to dive into the series down below.
