YFZ450R/X (’09-’25)
With over a year of R&D put into this system, it’s truly a performer. FCI decided to make their own high flow airbox instead using the much restrictive stock airbox.
Note: 2015+ YFZR's recommended to do AIS Delete to provide better performance

XC/GNCC airbox Description
The new YFZ450R XC/GNCC-style airbox from FCI. Much larger box for proper airflow over the restrictive stock airbox. Improved protection for your filter with better sealed intake to tube connection keeping debris away from the filter.
- Repositioned the starter relay and fuses for easier access to your filter for cleaning
- Bolt in battery box so you can run different sizes batteries of your choice
- Uses all factory mounting points and factory hardware for your ecu and tip over switch

IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE!
This guide uses our old style YFZR bracket. If you are using our updated bracket that has 4 mount points as compared to the 2 mount points in the video, you do NOT need to drill your sub-frame.
